As the president of … More a very small HOA (461 linear feet of fence! ) there was a lot of pressure to make sure we replaced our broken, and out of code, fence with a 100% cedar fence that would last and look good in the neighborhood. I got many quotes and Haven Yard's wasn't the least expensive (but good quality never is) but it was exactly what we needed in that it had a fantastic workmanship and build quality warranty.
  Haven Yards got our old fence torn down quickly and the new one put up fast and efficiently as well. However, the most important thing to me and my HOA members was that they were very careful about not hitting our vast sprinkler system network. I was really appreciative of this. Additionally, any time there might have been a question about what to do or how to proceed Santos was always there to loop me into the conversation about what the options were and how to proceed - I really liked that kind of dialogue. I also noticed that they would not use pickets that were defective and carefully inspected all the pickets that went up onto our fence.
  To sum it up, you really can't go wrong with putting Haven Yard on your short list of potential fence contractors.

In the corner of the backyard, I have a really nasty tree that's going to make building a fence problematic. At first, Mr. Barlow said the tree was going to have to be removed. But then he got back to me, days later, with a solution on how to still build the fence but not break my bank account with the tree removal.I was really impressed that my project stuck in his mind, and he reached out to me.
